3. Return Eligibility
3.1 Products Eligible for Return
We accept returns for:
- Unopened products in their original, sealed packaging
- Products returned within 30 days of delivery
- Products that have not been tampered with or damaged by the customer
3.2 Products Not Eligible for Return
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or unsealed products
- Products where the seal has been broken or tampered with
- Products returned after 30 days from delivery
- Products that have been damaged due to misuse or improper storage
4. How to Return a Product
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Receive Confirmation: We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a return authorization number
- Package the Product: Securely pack the product in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation
- Ship the Return: Send the package to the address provided in our return confirmation
- Keep Proof: Retain your proof of postage until your refund has been processed
5. Return Shipping Costs
The following applies to return shipping costs:
- Change of mind: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping
- Damaged or defective products: We will cover the return shipping costs
- Wrong product sent: We will cover the return shipping costs and arrange collection if necessary
We recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning products, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
6. Refunds
6.1 Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product
- The refund will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider
6.2 Refund Amount
Your refund will include:
- The full price paid for the product(s)
- Standard delivery costs (if the entire order is returned)
The following may be deducted from your refund:
- Any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product
- Additional delivery costs if you selected a delivery option more expensive than standard delivery
7. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- Include your order number and description of the issue
We will arrange for a replacement to be sent or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
8. Exchanges
